Hi, I am Jocelyn Sevier

I am a multidisciplinary creative professional based in San Diego, California, working across music, writing, film, television, radio, production, and community development.

As a musician, writer, director, and producer, I bring a unique perspective to every project — combining creativity, storytelling, culture, and entertainment to develop work that connects with audiences.

But the vision extends beyond individual creative projects.

I have built several platforms designed to entertain, inform, create opportunities, amplify voices, and serve communities.

From broadcasting independent music through UR Radio, to producing film and television through KaoticKlone Productions, to developing television programming through CBTV Network, I am building an expanding creative media ecosystem. Along with my nonprofit Cha Cha’s House, I will be giving back to the community through our community development projects and programs.
